How to multiply matrices in Geogebra
In this online lesson I'll explain how to calculate the matrix multiplication in Geogebra.
Create two matrices in Geogebra.
For example, two 2x2 matrices.
In any case, the number of columns of the first matrix must be equal to the number of rows of the second matrix.
If you don't know how to make a matrix on Geogebra, read our previous lesson. Then come back to this page.
Now write m1*m2 on a new Geogebra field.
Geogebra calculates the multiplication row by column of the two matrices.
The result is the matrix product.
