Vector Subtraction in Geogebra

Start by plotting two vectors in Geogebra, each originating from the same point but extending in unique directions.

Geogebra automatically assigns each vector a lowercase letter, such as u and v, for easy identification.

To find the difference between the two vectors, simply type u-v into a new field and hit Enter.

Geogebra instantly computes and visualizes the difference vector w=u-v, starting from the origin.

Note: Remember, vector subtraction is not commutative, meaning the operation u-v does not yield the same result as v-u. Though they might have identical magnitudes and directions, their orientations are reversed.

Geogebra also enables the subtraction of multiple vectors in one go, streamlining the process.
